Our client is a leading Consulting Services Firm player in the Recruitment Services industry and a premier provider of hiring solutions to large Indian IT services players in India, US and now in Europe.

- The company has grown from a startup 3 years ago to over 300 people in Hyderabad, and in keeping with the growing needs of the marquee clients- poised to double the team size in the next 2 years. And confident of scaling up the present revenue of $10m by 3 times in the same time.

- We are on the lookout for a HR Specialist to join the Group Human Resources team in its Hyderabad office. This person will report to the COO to provide support and deliver progressive HR services in the areas of benefits, compliance, compensation, and employee relations.

Job Functions :

- Proactively respond to employee questions regarding but not limited to the following - benefits, employee relations, and company policies

- Partners with HR Team to develop and implement company-wide people programs and processes

- Proactively initiates and manages HR projects, initiatives and process improvements. Coordinate and manage various aspects of on boarding and off boarding processes for employee transitions

- Work closely with recruitment regarding local events, candidate interviews, and hiring manager relations

- Advise, assist and follow-up with employees on company policies, procedures, and documentation

- Work closely with senior management to help develop and adhere to company policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment law, and other HR matters

- Coaches managers on performance management issues and the creation and implementation of performance improvement plans

- Support all employees with day-to-day benefits-related areas

- Work with other internal team members to reconcile payroll on a regular basis

- Exercise sound judgement, make decisions, and render advice in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities

Qualifications/Experience :

- 3-5 years in a HR role, hands-on experience with employee-relations, benefits administration, training and recruitment

- Bachelor's degree with strong academic record. MBA from a premier institute is highly desired.

- Strong analytical, communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, and research skills required.

- Must be able to work autonomously, be self-motivated and driven, with the goal of exceeding expectations.

- High-level of proficiency using Microsoft office platforms.

- Able to manage multi-faceted projects to completion, multi-task, while displaying exceptional organizational skills, and great attention to detail.

- Ability to work both independently as well as in a team

- Experience working in a global team and with functions located across different time zones.
