Manager - Human Resource - Consulting Firm (3-5 yrs)
We are looking at an individual to take on the role of Pan-India HR Manager for the largest HR Consulting Group with over 4000 employees working in 86 offices in 49 countries. The insight is supported by robust data from over 125 countries. And it is trusted by some of the biggest global brands to get the best from their people, all around the world. The incumbent will be responsible for a close to 60-70 staff. The systems currently are in a fairly nascent stage so one of the key aspects of this role would be to cut through ambiguity and deliver on HR accountabilities.
Some of the accountabilities of the role would be :
- Talent Hiring (Campus +Lateral)- In certain cases may need to partner with consultants for certain specific recruitment drive
- Talent On boarding
- Performance Management
- Employee Policy Development and Up-Gradation
- Knowledge Management
- Employee Records Maintenance and Up gradation
- Employee Engagement Monitoring and Activities
A background of 3-5 years of internal HR experience in a consulting firm or a service industry would be best.
