Responsible for all human resource activities including Talent Management, Compensation, Process Improvements, Policy Implementation and Budgeting.   2. Interview Coordination, Interviewing suitable candidates, Negotiating & extending offers.   3. Conducting Induction for all new joiners in the organization which includes smooth joining formalities, presenting HR policy session   4. Leading & Aligning Recruitment Team to the organization.   5.
