Salary offered: 10 - 12 LPA  One of the leading Broking firms is looking for HR Manager.   Reporting to: AVP HR   Location: Kolkata   Roles & Responsibilities:   - Own Talent Acquisition (TA): Strategize, Plan, and Execute new generation hiring processes to attract top talent  - Manage Manpower plan for the assigned businesses by deployment of customized hiring strategy as per the planned Sourcing Mix, Lead Time and recruitment cost.   - Talk numbers: Ownership of various HR reports like attrition analysis, department wise headcount & cost analysis, hiring metrics, etc., to update and enable the senior management to take informed decisions   - Overseeing the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives   - Driving performance appraisal processes including confirmations and promotions   - Continuously monitoring, developing, and improving the performance appraisal process   - Acting as the first line of contact in Human Resources for any employee related issues   - Assisting in the implementation of the Strategic HR plan, projects, and initiatives to add value to both, the business and its employees   - Operations : Coordinate and function in close coordination with HR Ops team with respect to Pay Roll, Leave Management, Employee Transfer & movements, Exit & Attrition Analysis (Quality & Accuracy)   Ideal Candidature:   - MBA - HR  - Open for relocation in case of business requirement.  - Open for outstation travelling.  Experience: 6-8 years   - Attributes: Aggressive, Business acumen.   - Excellent communication skills   - Preferred from BFSI sector.
