Manager - Human Resource - BPO/KPO/IT (12-14 yrs)
To lead the HR function of the organisation and develop strategic initiatives and programmes, drive the implementation, adopt best practices and create a valuable employer brand.
- To develop a culture where employees are highly engaged and business focused, through partnership with employees, key operational staff, and Management, and create a strong HR value proposition for employees and for the business.
The HR Manager will be responsible for the following activities :
- Talent Acquisition and on-boarding
- Training and Competency development
- Performance Management
- Policy development and compliance
- Employee Engagement
- Documentation & Reports
- Mentoring
Required Work Experience :
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in HR domain in a large to mid-sized organisation
- Significant experience in managing employee relations, performance management, talent assessment, succession planning and leadership development
- Very good track record of recruiting in large numbers within short deadlines
- Supervisory or team management experience required
- Demonstrated analytical, communications and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated acumen in project management, leading in a collaborative nature, managing multiple priorities and strategic thinking needed
- Benchmarking compensation and best practices in the industry

Work timings : 11 am to 8pm or 12pm to 9pm.
PG : MBA/PGDM/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Administration
