Provide Human Resources support for the India operations including the following responsibilities :
- Provide strategic HR Support for select departments having over 400 employees with respect to Recruitment, Employee Relations and Consulting
- Provide Recruitment support based on the manpower plan across locations - Short listing consultants, entering into an agreement, short listing candidates, coordinating with business, rolling out the offers, etc.
Completing the recruitment cycle : HR interview, reference checks, fixing up appropriate salary in consultation with HR Head/Business Head, joining formalities, orientation, etc.
Performance Appraisal : Getting familiar with the company corporate performance management program, helping/educating departmental heads in their performance evaluation, and coordinating with different departmental heads during the year-end process
Benefits Administration : Effectively implementing the benefits programs - enrolling the employees under different benefits viz. Mediclaim, Life Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Annual Health Check-Up, Maintenance of leave cards, etc.
Employee Relations : Providing support to the departments on human resources planning, career development, employee counseling, handling grievances, drafting/developing - Employee Handbook, attitude surveys, exit interviews, etc.
- Understand and leverage internal HR tools/systems.
Employee Services and Activities : Conducting Employee get to gethers, developing suggestion programs, recreational and social programs, award programs, etc.
Preparing monthly MIS Reports : HR Dashboards, Monthly Business Reports, etc,
- Being a Relationship Manager for few of the assigned departments and provide a full gamut of Human Resources services.
