We have openings with Our Client for HR Manager,
- Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment: Responsible for the entire recruitment process from Job Evaluation, preparation of Manpower Budget, making of Job Descriptions, Salary Fixation and negotiations with Candidates.
- Experience in handling recruitment, Induction, Exit, Employee Engagement/relations, Performance Management as prime focus areas.
- Training and Development: Involve in Training Module preparation for Soft skills/ Technical training for employees / managers. Formulate Individual Development plans and Succession planning.
- Employee Interaction & Engagement and comprehends the Employee relations: Devise methods and processes for Better Employee Evaluation, Conduct Employee Job Satisfaction Surveys and Implement Motivational Strategies.
- Bring in HR Effectiveness to the systems in line with the business requirements.
- Ensure that HR processes are in par with the Best Practices and efficient in producing results and are in line with the Internal Audit standards.
- Ensure proper subordinate development through knowledge sharing, delegation of work and empowerment of the workforce.
- On-going contribution to the implementation, maintenance and enforcement of corporate-wide policies, procedures, systems and initiative.
- Good value addition in case if they comprehend HRIS too.
Desired:
- MBA in HR, with a dynamic personality and go-getter attitude with 8-12 years of relevant experience
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership, decision making skills and alignment with strong ethical norms.
