HR role requirements
Local Laws : The person should be fully conversant with all UAE regulations with respect to payroll, WPS, indemnity and labour laws of UAE.
Performance Management : The person should be able to set and drive performance management (setting SMART KPIs and monitoring system)
Compensation : The person should have understanding in setting up compensation packages both fixed and variable.
Recruitment : The person should have full knowledge of employee On-boarding and vetting requirements including screening
HR Policy : The person should have to capability to review existing policies and practices and be able to suggest changes and incorporate international best practices in HR
Communication Skills : Should be a true HR professional in terms of dealing with employees including a service attitude to ensure employees are motivated and satisfied.
Training : Able to Conduct Training needs analysis and career management of potential employees
Accounts and Admin role requirements :
- He should be aware of the visa, medical, emirates id, e quota, labour card etc.
- He should able to coordinate with the PR to ensure least time is taken on visa and other formalities and employees are on boarded within the SLA
- Manage the leave records of employees
- Office management : Manage the receptionist, oversee petty cash etc.
- Coordinate the travel and tickets of new employees and when on official visit
- Coordinate the hotel stay of new employees and other guests and officials visiting and travelling
- Making payments to vendors
