Manager - Human Resource - Bank (3-5 yrs)
One of the Leading Private Bank is looking out for a Manager HR based at Mumbai for its Operations Division reporting to the Regional HR Head. (Male candidates only).
- The ideal person should be a MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 Institute with at least 3 years experience, with very strong experience in Recruitment.
- Recruitment would one of the major KRA but would be responsible for end to end HR portfolio, in managing & engaging with Managers & Employees, handle escalations, strong focus on Junior and middle level employees.
- The individual would be based at Mumbai but also travel in the assigned region (West)
Key Responsibilities :
- The person would function as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in the region for employees HR concerns / issues
- Driving Structured Inductions and mentoring programs for new joinees
- Manpower productivity monitoring, sourcing and managing the on-boarding process
- Develop and run employee engagement activities across assigned businesses
- Partner with line to create and implement capability building initiatives
- Exit interviews and Employee exits management
- Monitor HR Operations support through a dedicated back end team
- Drive training initiatives, both Technical and Behavioral
- Ensuring adherence to Turn Around Times (TAT) on all HR services matters in sync
