Reports to founders and plays an IC role
Location: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are building a lean, world-class team to launch the next generation of mobile payments and commerce products. You will take end to end responsibility for recruiting this team across functions - technology, business development, marketing etc. etc. - and also partnering with them for their human resources needs.
Desired Profile:
- About 5-7 years of experience in hiring top-notch talent in at least one of the following domains: Mobile/internet/fin-tech product companies; Consumer lending and payments industry
- Strong preference for candidates who have hired across functions, levels and industries. Experience in working at reputed hiring firm is also a plus.
- Proven expertise in recruitment of high-caliber talent through social/referral/search modes.
- Demonstrable strength in planning, organizing, coordinating and getting things done. Should have the ability to design and operationalize performance appraisal, recruitment and other core HR processes.
- High-energy, self-motivated person with a pleasant personality and high degree of integrity.
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen business and commercial sense with a sharp mind and a history of rapid growth in career.
- MBA from a reputed business school
