About Our Client :

Our client is one of the leading manufacturers of carbonated drinks in the world. With presence in about 20 countries, they are expanding footprints in India and have set up the manufacturing unit at Patalganga MIDC,40 kms from Navi Mumbai. They are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead their HR function end to end.

Job Description :

Reporting into the Country Manager & MD, you will be responsible for ;

- Leading the function of Human Talent through the implementation of procedures in recruitment, selection, hiring, formation, training, and awareness of personnel, with the aim of creating a corporate culture aligned with the AJE group culture, and contributing to the achievement of company objectives

- Exchanging, discussing, and resolving specific situations related to Human Talent Maintaining a proper working environment that facilitates decisions and objective compliance.

- Coordinating disciplinary, education, training, and development processes; welfare plans and activities, selection and recruitment processes termination of contracts.

- Negotiation, contract review, analysis of the working environment, labor disputes, and handling specific situations for appropriate decision-making.

- Carrying out legal procedures for inspections, collective agreement, demands, proceedings, and agreements. Obtaining information, quotes about training programs and/or information sessions for personnel.

- Exchanging information, discussion, and joint resolution of individual and collective labor demands, problem-solving and specific situations on key issues relating to the areas of competence.

The Successful Applicant :

- As a successful applicant, you should have minimum 7 years of experience with 3 years of experience in handling a team.

- You should have worked in a beverages/manufacturing setups and have good understanding of a manufacturing plant.

- You should have experience in handling blue collar workers.
