Manager - HR Operations - Telecom (6-10 yrs)

Brief Profile (Accountabilities and Responsibilities)

To ensure efficient and Robust HR processes and work towards Customer delight:

- Own all the HR processes involving employee life cycle. Communicate HR processes through different channels and create awareness.

- Update the existing HR policies and Roll out new HR policies which are missing and required as business.

- Completion of Exit, F&F settlement as per TAT and work toward employee delight.

- Maintenance of employee records in soft and physical form.

Automation and Streamlining of HR Processes:

- Automate the touch points in HR Ops processes.

- Streamline and standardize the transactional activities with the help of automation.

- Work towards implementing a world class HR Management System as per business need.

Position: HR as Business partner:

- To closely interact with FH/Admin Heads/ Vertical heads to understand and effective resolution to people issues and queries.

- Leverage the circle HR/Admin teams, Vendors and other stakeholders in enforcing the HR Policies and guidelines.

- Conduct regular meetings with all Circle HR/Admin heads in the form of VCs, conf calls and workshops.

- Play a key role in partnering with leadership by addressing people related issues and also bring in the element of employee service.

Partner and Vendor Management and handling the efficiency of their services:

- Setting the deliverables and TAT with the Vendors.

- Evaluating & monitoring vendor performance.

- Coordinate with SCM for floating RFPs for renewal of contracts.

- Participate and engage in all strategic meetings with vendors and partners on regular basis.

- Handle the following Vendors/Partners - Shared Services, GMC, GLI, GPA, TPA, Marsh, Allsec.

Associate Management & Retainership Management:

- Get the correct visibility around the number of associates engaged across all circles and publish the info to all the key stakeholders on a periodic basis.

- Ensure compliance in dealing with the associates 3. Work with vendor/partner in resolving any Associate related issues.

- Manage the retainership engagements by issuing retainership agreements, handling renewals, monthly processing of retainership fees and query resolution.

Background Verification (BGV):

- To monitor background verification process

- Ensure that BGV is done within TAT

- To review periodic performance of BGV vendor.

- To publish monthly trackers.

Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skill Sets Required (Mandatory/ Preferred):

- MBA in HR from a reputed institution.

- HR Generalist role with expertise in personnel management, IR and business laws/ statutory compliance.

- Overall experience of 6-10 years in HR Generalist/shared services domain.

- Knowledge of Core HR should have Leadership ability to motivate team and deliver results, able to take decisions on his own and provide solutions on Operational issues, Good communications skills, Customer orientation.

- Good knowledge of Comp & Benefits, All Statutory laws.
