Manager - HR Operations - Shared Services (5-10 yrs)
JD :
- Leads HR operations/shared services and HR systems.
- Assist in developing and implement training programs to improve the quality and productivity of the team/stakeholders.
- Responsible for the overall direction, performance management, coordination and evaluation of the team and manage the team.
- Responds to escalations, providing root cause analysis and recommendation. Develops remediation plan and drives to resolution with minimal guidance from Manager.
- Getting work done through multiple vendors to whom HR/Payroll processes have been outsourced with complete ownership and accountability
Desired Profile :
- Strong systems knowledge like PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, ADP or other HR management and Payroll systems.
- 5 - 7 years of related experience. 4+ years of HR Shared services experience is a must
- At least 1+ year of experience as people manager is mandatory
