The opportunity is with one of the leading players in the healthcare industry  Role Summary :  - Provide a full range of administrative services that include, but are not limited to on boarding and exit formalities, staff benefits and entitlements, staff presence/absence management, the administration of the Organization's insurance policies and Pensions Schemes and Payroll processing and disbursement.   - The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely provision of HR and advisory services to staff and managers in the areas of contracts and benefits and entitlements administration.   - This involves ensuring the efficiency and client satisfaction through improvement of processes and procedures and development of tools to maximize efficiency and simplify procedures.   - The incumbent manages a team of HR support staff.   Experience and Knowledge :  - 10+ years experience in a HR generalist and/or done extensive work in Analytics and establishing processes etc   - A track record of success in participation and execution of tangible solutions.  - Success working across complex, highly matrix, multi-cultural organizations.  - Ability to deliver solutions within environments undergoing significant change.  - Experience with a variety of systems, methodologies, analytics, reporting dashboards, and demonstrable expertise in driving change as a result.  - Excellent PC skills, intermediate - advanced Microsoft application skills  - Experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical devices advantageous  - Sound working knowledge of HRIS Systems  - Proven experience in generating HR reports and statistics  - Exposure to developing and coordinating regular HR communications  - Exposure to related administrative processes relating to global employee mobility programs  Qualifications : Graduate / Post Graduate in HR
