Manager - HR Operations - BFSI (6-15 yrs)
Job Purpose:
To strategize and drive HR Operations & Employee Life-cycle across the country and effectively maintain legal and statutory compliance
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end employee life cycle including on boarding for new joiners, confirmation, payroll, attendance, grievance handling, employee relations and employee separation
- Ability to drive teams across geographies
- Strong grip on Labour Laws, Legal & Statutory Compliance
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Driving HR Operations strategy and processes within TAT and with accuracy
- Ensuring proper audit scores and compliance ratings
- Ensure that all requests are tracked & served within agreed timelines
- Regularly liaising with stakeholders in business
Experience & Skills:
- Overall experience of 8-15 years in the field of HR Operations & Lifecycle Management
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Should be able to manage and develop teams across geographies
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Excellent Business communication skills
- Masters Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
