Lead end-to-end recruitment process including profile sourcing & short listing, interviewing, offer closure and on boarding
Design and Development of Talent Engagement frame work & implementation
Ensure consistency in implementation of the Performance Management Cycle as per timelines.
Manage employee relations through frequent interactions and guidance provided to employees.
Conducting induction, orientations and onboarding of the new joiners
Training Administration including training plan, training budgeting, training coordination and preparation of training calendar etc.
Develop appropriate training programs based on needs of the departments
Conceptualize various Employee Engagement initiatives across the organization to enhance employee bonding
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA HR from (Premier B-School) with 3-8 years of Generalist Experience.
Experience in managing Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organisation development and Employee Engagement
