Key Responsibility Areas:
Corporate Policies:
- Benchmark, formulate, review, document and re-engineer the organization policies
- Analyze and recommend the financial impact of revisions in policy guidelines
- Redesign and develop the Employee Policy Manual
- Act as the primary contact for third party surveys
- Provide Policy implementation support by managing a Query Resolution Desk.
- Conduct Policy Orientation workshops during induction of new recruits
Compensation & Payroll management:
- Benchmarking and determining prospective candidate’s remuneration package
- Formulation, revision and implementation of various allowance and benefits schemes
Recruitment & Operations:
- Conceptual design and automation of Internal and External Recruitment System and Employee Reference
Check system along with pilot testing
- Create an automated template to calculate Recruitment Cycle Time
- Create process maps for the entire life cycle of Recruitment- Sourcing of candidates to separation
- Create Brand Identity for the Employee Referral program
Process Re-engineering:
- Enhancement of the Salary Benchmarking, Training, Dues Settlement, Exit Feedback and Employee Reimbursement System
- Digitization of employee personal record files
- Vendor management with IT and training of end-users to ensure smooth rollout of systems
Analytics:
- Develop an automated dashboard to generate attrition analysis
- Analyze and provide yearly trends of employee reimbursement and claims
- Manpower planning and organization structure analysis
