- Process Flow Chart Defining (As is & To be)
- Product Blue Printing
- Process and Policy Mapping
- Manage CRP (Class Room Pilot for Admin User)
- Hands on with Project Plan, SRS gathering, Data Conversion Activity, Gap Analysis,
Attendance Integration, Database conversion/Migration
- Lead the Governance call Planned Vs Actual tracking of the projects.
- End user Training and Go Live
Dashboard and Analysis :
- Managing the HRMIS across the globe
- GAP Analysis as per Company requirement
- Analyse Mean, Median & Mode and other statistics values of data
- Create Standard Salary Deviation MIS
- Create Must Retain MIS & Analysis
- Headcount & Cost Management MIS
- Proposing revision in current Policies based on GAP Analysis
- Weekly report preparations on Open Count, Offered Count, Proposed Count
- Monthly Dashboard on Cost & Count
- Creative dashboard design covering area like regression analysis, Anualization
- Focus on critical analysis like Attrition Rate, Net hire ratio, Replacement Vs New Joinee, New hire failure, Head-count break down, Demographic & Generations, STEM Vs Non-STEM, Home Grown and Experienced etc.
Candidate Requirement :
Full Time MBA
Data warehousing & Business intelligence management.
Data Security management.
Should be well versed into Success factor & SAP software.
