- Should possess 7 to 8 years (2004/05 batch from tier 1 institute) of consulting or line HR consulting experience.

- Should have experience of leading and managing teams and deliver on client projects.

- He would be required to possess broad business knowledge and understanding along with deep domain experience in any one of the below areas of HR consulting.
