One of our management consulting client required :

- Candidates should have 8 to 12 years work experience post MBA/Masters degree (emphasis on Human Resources, General Management, Organizational Behavior) off which at least 6+ years of strong experience in Change Management related projects is desired.

- Ability to accommodate global travel – 80% to 90%

Work Experience –

- Has led change management projects as a Change Lead or work stream lead and has exposure in Change Strategy, Change Management Effort Estimation, CM Project and Team Management.

- The candidate should have a strong understanding in Change Management so as to provide innovative solutions, respond to proposals and set up a change work stream for a client. The candidate should have completed at least 4 change management projects of duration not less than 6 months each.
