Define & Cascade KRAs & Measure of Performance (MOPs) for the Sales population.   Manage on-going performance feedback processes in Skip Level meetings and implementation of performance improvement plans.   Anchored Zonal level engagement initiatives at the location.   Handle performance management system for the employees.   Managed other HR operations.   Crystallize & define development plans enabling accelerated career path for the HIPOs in the region among Sales Force.   Design for a constructive slack against the identified crucial positions.
