Position Title - HR Business Partner

Band - Manager

Location - Bangalore

Reporting To - Sr.Manager

Position Summary :

This role is an integral part of HR and will closely work with the senior management within the business departments to develop and implement predominantly short to medium solutions, well aligned to business strategy. A key member of the AXA BS Operations team-the main responsibilities being leading & motivating the HRBP team with accountability across COE functions.

Key Accountabilities :

- A self-initiating, independent thinker with proven experience in planning, launching, monitoring and acting on long-range corporate initiatives that look beyond the present state of the business and focus on major long term changes in the Human Resources function.

- Successful track record of leading a function that yielded measurable, positive performance and business outcomes; ability to design, implement and execute plans, programs and initiatives across complex

- Experience of working with senior leadership teams on business critical initiatives.

- Ability to impact and influence remote and distributed line and staff organizations and get things done through others. Well-developed networking and communication skills. High tolerance of ambiguity yet focused on tangible and measurable results.

- Integrity and demonstrated commitment and dedication to the highest quality of professional work and service to clients.

- Build an effective communication plan / governance structure with the internal and external stakeholders.

- Competent in task management by assigning tasks to teams, formulating its dependencies and tracking them to closure without any schedule or cost of quality over runs.

- Own development plans for HR team in close concert with HR Head

- Responsible for all Strategic and administrative HR - initiatives for the organization units at Bangalore and Pune.

- Successful track record of leading a function that yielded measurable, positive performance and business outcomes; ability to design, implement and execute plans, programs and initiatives across complex.

Qualification/Additional Knowledge

- Should have a good amount of experience in the Human Resources field with well demonstrated abilities of people management in the current / previous roles.

Specific Position Related Experience:

Overall experience of 6-7 years out of experience in the Human Resources or people related activities with well demonstrated abilities of people management in the current / previous roles.

Specific Knowledge

- Excellent Communications skills

- Ability to analyze data and understand core HR metrics

- Influencing skills

- Who can manage front line staff.

- Span of Control will 300 ppl Approx..

- Customer focus

- Ability to work in teams / share best practices

- Developed changed mindset

- Excellent relationship skills

- Core experience in the HR domain
