No business loss due to non availability of manpower.  - Performance Management - Coordinate & Implement performance management system.  - Coordinate goal setting, end year review exercise. Implement & Monitor Performance Reviews of trainee/probationers.  Training & Development - Implement training and development programmes; identify areas that need attention and improvement. Coordinate identification of training needs process, prepare training calendar & implement plan.  Statutory Compliances - Comply all labour related statutory compliances/obligations applicable to the site. Maintain all legal records/registers upto date. Sumit all statutory returns within time. Time Office Function & Leave administration, Oversee & guide time office function, leave administration, full & final settlement etc.  Manpower Planning & Budgeting : Analyse, Plan & budget for manpower requirement as per business needs. HR budgeting (Revenue). Implement plan to manage cost within budget.  Compensation & Benefits Administration :   - Maintains a salary plan by conducting periodic salary surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing salary budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual salary actions; recommending, planning, and implementing salary structure revisions. Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims;  - To guide, coordinate, implement effective Administration services & Estate management. To oversee company transport management, canteen management, Pest control management, external housekeeping & upkeep of site, guest house & estate management, Security services & gate management, laundry management, event management, travel & guest relations management and other miscellaneous administration services.  Employee Relations - Handling grievances effectively, managing absence, sickness etc. Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement. Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues.  Disciplinary Proceeding - Taking appropriate disciplinary action for all misconduct at work place like counselling, issuing warning letter, domestic enquiry etc.   Policy Administration - Policy & procedures implementation of existing/new HR policies, procedures and processes. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.  Liasoning & Public Relations - Effectively Liase & deal with statutory/government departments/bodies, social/professional/industry associations, general public, visitors, vendors, auditors  MIS - Maintaining updated MIS.
