About our Client: Our client is a renowned multinational organization in the consumer durables sector. With an innovative marketing strategy and employee friendly environment, they are currently looking for an HR Business Partner.

Job Description: Reporting to the Head HR you will be responsible for Designing talent Acquisition strategies and ensure high quality hiring in collaboration with the corporate team

- Design and develop training & development programs and drive change management strategy.

- Support top management on the optimal organization structure in line with the organization strategy. Ensure distinct role clarity.

- Develop and deploy initiatives to drive employee engagement, employee motivation, and people productivity by building the brand image and becoming the employer of choice.

The Successful Candidate:

- Ideally, you come with 3 to 6 years of post-graduation experience in an HR Business Partner role.

- You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders are desirable.

- A full time MBA from a top tier MBA institute is a must.
