Urgently looking for Manager - HRBP in Mumbai and Kolkata

Role: Manager- HRBP

Location: Mumbai and Kolkata

Years of Experience: 4-8 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Partner with business heads to understand their needs and provide appropriate HR services.

- Design and implement Succession planning for key roles

- Responsible for driving key initiatives in the areas of employee relations and retention

- Instrumental in formulating & evolving Organizational policies & procedures

- Act as a partner in driving an effective & efficient hiring strategy for the organization

- Develop and drive change management initiatives across the contact centre:

- Design & execute leadership development plans within the contact cent re

- Work closely with Joint Support Managers and Head to provide them direction and guidance from a HR standpoint
