Responsible for managing and implementing Performance Management process, Annual Salary Review for the business practice. Conduct training program on performance management , goal setting and giving & receiving feedback for people
Educate employees on benefit programs or policies; communicate plan changes to managers, standardization or other unique change events
Note - Candidate Should be Strong in Team Handling (Team Size : 10 - 25)
MBA is must from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Collage
Current CTC Should be above 12 LPA +
