This position is responsible for working at the Board level in order to maintain the strategic development of the company, participating in organization strategic initiatives.

Further the HR BP is responsible for short and long term workforce planning; departmental and talent performance management; initiation of organization employee policies; union relations and programs directly supporting the organization's mission.
