Our client is one of the largest AMCs.   The incumbent will be managing the entire HR function except the recruitment for the business.   - He will be partnering with the business for development and delivery of overall HR strategy, managing the organisation development, effectiveness, performance management, employee engagement, partnering with the business for development and delivery of overall HR strategy.   Experience: 5-9 years + Ideally candidates from 2006 batch onwards from a tier 1 or 2 MBA institutes  Salary can be in the range of 20-23 Lacs.
