Purpose of the Role  The incumbent will play a pivotal role in handling end-to end Human Capital Management tool- SuccessFactors and other HR automation projects. He/ She will lead the - SuccessFactors- project end to end, including project management, designing, deployment and support.  Qualification & Experience  - BE/ BTech with 4-8 years of experience in HR-IT consulting, SAP HR or similar ERP HCM tool (MBA preferred)  - Project Management experience of a multi-country HCM implementation or SuccessFactors implementation project experience will be an advantage.  - Age - 25 - 30 Years  Key Deliverables of the Role  - Leading the redesigning/modification of existing processes and workflows ensuring alignment with SuccessFactors- SF modules & industry best practices  - Driving the Success Factors design workshops and aligning all the stakeholders  - Creating configuration & Technical Workbook for SF and driving the configuration fitment and walkthrough sessions for all the stakeholders  - Ensuring system readiness through, integration and UAT testing by closely monitoring functional system testers  - Creation and deployment of communication and launch plan for end users across company  - Designing and deploying of training modules for the users in HR and line functions in India as well as international geographies  - Supporting the Implementation Partner on SAP and SF integration  - Ensuring smooth data transition from existing systems to SF   - Building a strong Knowledge Management system for SF and other automation projects  Key Competencies:  - Networking and Influencing  - IT Acumen  - Planning & Execution  - Project Management  - Communication Skills  Reporting Relationships  - Upwards- Manager - Remuneration, Performance & HR Operations  - Downwards - Functional testing team  Other Key Functional Interfaces  - HR Process Owners : Performance Mgmt, Potential Mgmt, Compensation Mgmt, etc  - Country HR Heads of International locations  External Interfaces  - Success Factors Implementation Partner   - Agency which work on designing communication or training material and plans  Growth Path & Future  - Generalist/ Specialist roles in HR or IT department  Value proposition of this role  - Understanding of end to end HR processes and opportunity to design and create new processes.  - Subject Matter Exposure on all the SuccessFactors modules   This role is with a leading FMCG company.
