Manager - HR & IR - FMCG (7-12 yrs)
The client is a renowned company with presence in India and abroad. They are looking at Manager HR/IR to be handling the plant HR activities:
- Building business competitiveness through timely and quality staffing of Personnel and having talent pipeline in place.
- Training & Development and Capability building of the employees including Talent Management & Succession Planning.
- On time reporting of instances of deviations of company policies, values & ethics.
- Setting up & running Training Centre for potential candidates of required skill sets.
- Maintain harmonious employee relationship and effective communication with all constituencies.
- Ensuring statutory compliances under the applicable acts like PF, ESIC, Minimum wages, Payment of wages, Bonus, Gratuity etc.
- Effective implementation of Company policies across all the three locations including implementation of Organization wide initiatives.
- Effective administration at the Divisional / Factory locations including Canteen, Security, Transportation, Medical Facility, Infrastructure, etc.
- Drive employment engagement initiatives & brighter living.
- Participate and contribute as plant managing committee Member
- Inculcate performance & leadership culture in the manufacturing Location.
- Hazard free operation (zero accident).
- Implement quality initiative.
Required:
- Fulltime/ Regular MBA/PGDM in HR/Personnel Management
- Fluency in Marathi.
