Manager - HR Advisory (7-10 yrs)
Role/Responsibilities :
Reporting to the Director of HR Advisory
- Devise HR strategies and support the Director of HR Advisory in devising HR strategies for Clients, advising them on all HR related processes and obligations in India.
- To maintain client employees - Documentation and ensure overall compliance to Employee Lifecycle Management
- Basic Policy and Procedural guidelines issuance and contribution to large HR Advisory projects e.g. work regarding employee handbook, HR policies of Client and large and small Salary/Compliance benchmarking projects.
- To support the Director of HR Advisory in delivering the activities as per the scope of work agreed with the Client.
- Time to time assistance to Director of HR Advisory in Business Development and Marketing activities
- To contribute effectively and regularly in marketing related activities including preparation for HR Advisory newsletters, email campaigns, webinars, and events with partners, seminars, road shows etc.
Desired technical traits :
- Anticipates and responds to critical HR related problems and issues.
- Applies deep knowledge of human resources programs, policies, and practices to resolve critical employee relations issues.
- High level of proficiency in writing reports covering all critical aspects
Work Experience :
Minimum 7 years of experience out of which should have spent at least 5 years in HR Advisory role.
Required skills :
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and effective stakeholder management.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic and advisory perspective
- Good knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Excellent organization, written/ verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Effective problem solving skills with customer service mind-set.
- Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Sound problem solving, conflict resolution and project management experience and abilities.
