Job Description:  This is a non technical position so candidate should be preferably from Analytics Industry.  9+ years hands-on experience.   Experience in HADOOP, needs to have knowledge on Hadoop working model and infra. Should be able to create/review to ingest data into Hadoop and SQOOP out of Hadoop.  Foundation knowledge in UNIX and Windows based BI platforms a big plus.   Good experience working with distributed and remote teams. Good experience using SQL   Understanding of application architecture and technology infrastructure preferred.   Able to learn technical concepts quickly and apply them effectively in the workplace.   Able to adapt to changing business requirements and react quickly.   Strong customer focus and results oriented attitude.   Self-motivated individual, able to work independently and manage numerous deliverable in parallel.  Act as a mentor / coach to the development team and groom them.   Provide detailed, data based feedback on the team to the reporting manager  Knowledge of SAS will be Preferred but not mandatory
