Manager - Growth - Mobiles - eCommerce - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS/MDI (1-4 yrs)

You will be part of the Mobiles Growth team, which builds & runs all the new cutting-edge capabilities & offerings, that ensures the client retains its market leadership in Mobiles (some examples of initiatives driven by the team include - Product Exchange, No Cost EMIs, Buyback Guarantee, Phone Set-up, E-promoter,)

Identify & build growth capabilities & enablers that will drive significant growth on online sales of Mobiles in India. These growth opportunities could span across conversion improvement, new customer acquisition & inorganic growth areas.

Work closely with cross functional teams to pilot, build & scale such capabilities in a sustainable manner. Own, set-up and track output metrics for each project (GMV upside, Adoption, ROI)

Research market trends, customer needs / segments to develop key insights & growth opportunities - work closely with Market Insights, CI, Marketing & Analytics teams.

Brand insights - Work closely with KAMs & sell-side teams on new brand pitches as well as growth insights / specific deep-dives for existing brand partners.

Own critical horizontal customer experience & hygiene charters for Mobiles business - NPS & NPS drivers, Reviews & Ratings, Shield limits etc. This workstream may involve ad-hoc RCAs / interventions on escalations.

What You Should Have:

Preferably experience in E-commerce Category management (CDO roles)

Strong analytical orientation / bent of mind and customer understanding

Program management skills, interpersonal communication - ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams.

The candidate should be proactive, self-starter & highly motivated.

Strong Flipkart-first & customer-first orientation
