They are in the process of growing their Risk Analytics function in Bangalore and are looking to hire specialists in Risk Modeling Validation with demonstrated technical/hands-on skills.  Job Description  Reporting in to the Business Unit Head, some of your key responsibilities will be:-  - Governance, Maintenance, and Validation of credit scoring models/assessment tools  - Work on strategies and capital estimate modeling of PD, EAD and LGD that apply to retail portfolios across the credit life cycle   - Participate in the approval of all Model Developments, and/or changes to existing Models and related infrastructure  - Support the implementation of Credit Risk Models   - Work closely with Model Development team to ensure transparent analysis and that any concerns are quickly identified and resolved  - Participate in conversations with International Banking regulators as 'the Face of the Bank'  - Serve as a Mentor and foster the Career Development of entry level professional staff members  Profile:  As the successful applicant you will:  - Have 3-6 Years of Demonstrated Experience in Risk Analytics  - Be a Skilled Risk Modeler in Regulatory aspects like Basel II & III, PD, LGD, EAD or Application Scorecards, Collection Scorecards and Behavior Scorecards   - Understand the business aspect of Modeling, and understand modeling from a solutioning perspective  - Be Internationally minded, with an ability to engage fruitfully with senior International Stakeholders  - Have a Masters Degree in a Quantitative Discipline from a top Tier Institute like ISI, DSE, IIMs, MDI, XLRI, and FMS  - Have Expert knowledge of Credit Scoring Techniques and Core Banking Systems  - Possess advanced Statistical Skills and be hands on with SAS, SQL etcetera  Job Offer  Excellent Opportunity to work in Advanced Analytics in a Risk Modeling role with one of the largest Global Banks.
