Manager - GRC Archer (8-13 yrs)

Job Description: Manager - GRC Archer RSA

- Ability to work as a Technical Project Manager driving the delivery of Archer GRC projects.

- Ability to work as an RSA Archer Solution Architect driving the design of GRC solutions.

- Ability to prepare effort estimates and support the sales/pre-sales activities.

- Contribute in various phases of the GRC engagements such as requirements gathering, process/workflow design, solution configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Ability to work effectively as a team leader, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating clients and company leadership on status of assigned work streams.

- Responsible to provide end to end support for Archer development or Manage Services engagements.

- Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.

- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.

- Planning and monitoring of the project deliverable from the team.

- Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects.

- Regular status reporting to the Senior Managers, PPEDs and onsite coordinators.

- Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed.

- Demonstrate flexibility to travel to the customer locations on need basis.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff and senior staff.

- Foster teamwork, quality culture and lead by example.

- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.

- Training and mentoring of project resources.

- Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives.
