Roles & Responsibilities:

- Job holder will be supporting business users of global payroll across multiple regions.

- Will be processing complex payroll queries through email, phone and web.

- Will be closely interacting with the global partners for all payroll related queries.

Desired skillset:

- Looking for candidates with 6+yrs of work experience in providing L2 or L3 support for Peoplesoft Global Payroll module.

- Should possess good communication and analytical skills.

- Should be open to work with shifts.
