Manager - General Ledger & MIS - CA - eCommerce

Job profile :

General:

- Assist reporting manager in executing controls and process improvement initiatives across General ledger and MIS reporting process.

- Assist reporting manager in identifying scope and preparing business case for opportunities to improve GL controls and increase speed and efficiency of MIS reporting.

- Work closely with the ERP team to design and implement process improvement solutions/ reporting tools to increase efficiency of GL function.

- Prepare and review process and control documents/ manuals for organization wide consumption.

Project management:

- Assist reporting manager in defining scoping, planning and managing project delivery.

- Assist reporting manager in adherence to committed project timelines.

- Work collaboratively across the GL, AP and AR teams to resolve complex issues and avoid risks to the project.

- Ensure adequate User Acceptance Testing and training before handing over of projects to end customers.

- Effectively hand-over of the projects to end customers.

- Review project performance and highlight and problem solve any new risks/ issues in a timely manner.

Leadership:

- Foster a partnership approach to working with the other teams and key stakeholders.

- Establish and proactively manage internal relationships
