Manager - Financial Research Consumer Products / Consumer Goods with BIG4, Gurgaon  Responsibilities :  - Understand and deliver all service engagements that are related with pre-deal activities.  - Handling projects for Financial and Business Research related to consumer products sector.  - Manage and participate in business development engagements, and perform qualitative and quantitative research on the markets and/or target companies.  - Identify business development opportunities for Retail Consumer Product and assist partners and senior managers on new business opportunities.  - Proactively develop new services for Retail Consumer Product sector.  - Develop in depth knowledge on RCP, to add value while analyzing financial and strategic information of clients, and facilitate identification of opportunities based on market developments.  - Focus the team priorities while managing several medium to large size projects.  Job Requirement :  - MBA / CFA / CA with relevant experience of 7 - 10 years.  - Candidate should be from Financial / Business research background.  - Excellent understanding of company, industry, economic research, financial statements and valuations.  - Experience in undertaking sector studies and analyzing merger and acquisition (M&A) drivers for a given sector or transaction.
