About our Client - Our client is a leader in logistics services across the globe. They are listed on the NYSE with a revenue size of above US 40+ billion, currently expanding their operations in India. They are currently looking to hire a Senior Operations Manager to be based out of their office in Mumbai
Job Description - Reporting to the FP&A Head your responsibilities would be to:
- Monitor business performance closely
- Identify and mitigate performance gaps
- Monitor and improve MIS reporting to enhance senior management decision making
- Finalize financial reporting
- Suggest control measures for budget v/s actual
- Provide inputs post analysis on cost and pricing in new and existing business models
- Due-diligence for M&A activities
- Board presentations
The Successful Candidate:
- You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 8 years post qualification experience.
- The individual must come with extensive experienced in budgeting, forecasting, MIS and financial analysis.
- You are an individual with strong business and acumen and analytical skills.
- You should be a well spoken and well presented individual who has a structured thought process and can communicate effectively with senior management.
