Job Description
- Develop, interpret and implement concepts for financial planning and control
- Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
- Manage the preparation, analysis & distribution of the company's internal financial reporting to various stakeholders inside the organization
- Lead in expanding the company's FP&A group. Select, coach & develop current and future staff
- Distills, summarizes, and presents data in a manner that transforms it into meaningful and actionable information
- Prepares estimates of revenues, gross profits & expenses based upon current trends and sound business assumptions
- Partners with functional leaders to enhance finance related decisions
- Influence decisions and improve controls through data driven financial analysis and accounting knowledge
- Will have the initiative with regard to reviewing and delivering recommendations for financial planning and control, while clearly communicating relevant fiscal information to executive management.
- Dealing with Various audits
- Knowledge of SAP (FICO) Module
- Knowledge & Application of IFRS & Indian GAAPS
- Knowledge & Application of Corporate Taxation
- Both Finance and General Accounting knowledge are required as well as effective organization, planning and interpersonal skills
- To consolidate analyses and present financial reports & review expense and revenue variations.
- To participate in audits and prepare data files and consolidate data
- To prepare quarterly forecast based on inputs gathered and analyses variations between actual and forecasted performance
- Communication Skills and good operational knowledge especially in accounting and controlling.
