Receipt of inputs from Sales, Supply chain, factories and aligning plans with relevant stakeholders. Goals setting process  - Short term forecasts based on revised inputs and actual changes in market dynamics or cost inputs. Variance analysis vs. plans.  - Simulation on profitability scenarios and Replacement pricing  - Formulating long range and strategic plans  - Handling management accounting and advance analytics of each line items of P/L with cuts for category, formats, brands  - Rolling forecasting and guidance to business on delivering versus plans   - Monthly profitability Dashboards, analysis of gaps  - Support on NPD's, Pricing, What if scenario, shadow costing and Adhoc MIS  - Lead finance interface with cross functional teams on any support  Candidate Profile:  - Only Female candidates would be considered  - Only FMCG experience would be considered  - Candidate should be a CA, pass out of 2011/2012 batches only. Other degrees would not be considered (such as MBA, ICWA, CMA etc.)  - Candidate should have strong Financial Planning experience in an FMCG company.
