About our Client : Our client is a leading FMCG company. With its ongoing growth, the need arises for a FP&A Manager based in Bangalore to oversee all finance aspects of the company's business in India

Job Description :

- As FP&A manager, you will directly report to CFO.

- Your responsibility include budgeting, forecasting, general business planning, as well as other analytical finance matters to assist the group in delivering its objectives.

- This role is business partner focused and will involve a great deal of support for business unit heads for project and ad hoc analysis.

- You will also be required to build financial models to support decision making on investment and M&A related matters.

- You will also be expected to offer analytics and commercial support for the delivery of increase margins and revenue for the company in the region.

The Successful Candidate:

- The successful applicant should be a qualified accountant and with experience working in pharmaceutical field.

- At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of financial planning and analysis at a regional or group level is sought.

- You will have experience in leading a team or supervising subordinates.

- You need to be a self-starter and a team player who can effectively communicate with all levels across the organization.
