Job Description - Reporting to the Associate Director Finance India as Manager Finance (FP&A) and Company Secretary, You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarter forecasts and budget revisions, annual BP submission, and Five year planning with Cash Flow Deck. Additionally, you will also be involved in Business Plan activities and various other planning related submissions throughout the year.

- Reporting on Global Business Performance along with Sales Reporting on a monthly basis.

- Analyzing various cost drivers and bring alarming situations to the notice of different budget holders to ensure savings in Opex.

- Ensure compliance to various financial and non-financial requirements including FEMA, CSR, Competition Act, Sexual Harassment Act compliances et cetera.

- Hold board meetings and AGM and prepare the minutes of the meeting.

- Drafting replies to all legal notices from Drugs Inspector, FDAs, and Pollution Controls Board.

The Successful Candidate - You MUST be a qualified CA and CS. You must possess both the qualifications to be considered for this position.

- You should be having a post qualification experience of 5-7 years either in industry or the Big 4. Experience within the Pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous.

- You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be successful in this role.

- You must be a self-starter who works with collaborative and a solution oriented approach
