The company's US operations include facilities in San Diego; Phoenix; Houston; Dallas; San Antonio, TX; McAllen, TX; St. Cloud, MN; Warren, MI; New Freedom, PA; and Roanoke, VA.  - They operate their Global Service Line and manage Global Service Delivery from Gurgaon, India, with people strength of around 2500.  Job Description :  The Candidate will be responsible to manage FP&A activities on a day to day basis. The position will be responsible for managing the Planning & Forecasting exercise, generating Monthly MIS and adhoc analysis. This position will also play a key role in conducting monthly functional reviews and monthly closing and forecasting.  Principal Responsibilities :  - Month end financial close basis US GAAP   - Monthly financial review pack and trend/variance analysis   - Interfacing with US finance teams to ensure timely monthly reporting of expenses, variance reporting and analysis  - Monthly Dashboards by Department and liasion with functional owners on financial performance  - Annual Budget/Forecast Finalization  - Ad-hoc FP&A requirement   - This will be an IC role  Required Skills, Education and Experience:  Education : CA qualified  Experience : 6 years of post qualification Experience  PC Skills : Proficiency with MS Office.
