Client Details

Our client is a global provider of banking, financial, advisory, investment and funds management services. They are known for their diversified business lines with specialist expertise. In their growing setup they are looking for a Manager in Financial Control for their center based in Gurgaon.

Job Description

Reporting to the AVP, your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing monthly, quarterly and year end close to ensure timely and accurate reporting

- Ensuring that all local accounting, reporting, tax, closing and finance matters are in line with both local regulations and group policy

- Assisting Country Heads to serve as an advisor to coordinate with other departments in dealing with finance related practices

- Partnering with Regional Finance teams to develop and document efficient and effective controls on processes that are consistent across subsidiaries

- Assuming charge of relationships with external providers: insurance, audit firm, accounting firm and legal advisor

- Support external and internal audits as necessary

Profile

- CA with 6+ years of post - qualification experience in Financial Control

- Exposure to Banking & Financial Services Industry is a must have

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to lead a team of CAs/MBAs
