Manager - Financial Control - CA (3-8 yrs)
Provide leadership, direction and assistance to division team members including administrative support and work-related advice. Performing/managing the daily, weekly and monthly financial activities that are required to produce the monthly financial statements for all branches.
Responsible for Preparation of Annual budget in consultation with Finance Director.
Produce monthly management report (Balance Sheet, P & L, Cash Flow, Customer wise profitability, Product wise profitability) for Head Office and all the branches including manufacturing divisions. Comparing monthly results with the budget and analyze the reasons for variances.
Finalize and submit monthly VAT returns for whole group to the revenue authority.
Compile documentation for audit and coordinate with statutory auditors for timely completion of audit.
Prepare fixed asset schedule and pass necessary audit entries in Oracle and Sage.
Reconcile and Balance Inter branch accounts for stock transfers as well as fund transfers and scrutinize all the accounts on monthly basis.
Preparing USD bank reconciliation with reporting currency.
Liaise with banker for realignment of overdraft limit for all the divisions.
Follow up with credit controller for overdue accounts to ensure timely collection.
Preparing supplier and debtors' reconciliation.
Preparation of costing and production report for the manufacturing divisions and suggest cost reduction measures.
Verification of Landed costing for Imported Materials.
Enter Vendor Invoices in Oracle ERP.
