Manager - Financial Analysis - BPO (8-12 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team that would support manufacturing financial processes including inventory management and cost accounting
- Proactively identify issues, understand root cause, and develop creative solutions
- Ensure accurate reporting and timely issue resolution
- Create adhoc reporting and analytics to support business requirements
- Develop current year and annual plan spending forecasts for manufacturing facilities
- Lead and/or coordinate special projects and other customer requirements as identified
- Identify and implement process improvement ideas for simplifying or automating work
