Role : Person with having exposure in overall Financial Accounting - GL controlling, Accounts Payable & Fixed Assets management, dealer claims supervision etc. Candidate should have the good understanding of IFRS & accounting standard.  Academic Qualifications : Chartered Accountant  Responsibilities :   - To maintain detailed listings of the contents of all balance sheet accounts  - To maintain a master list of monthly journal entries.  - To record supporting information for all manual JVs being posted.  - To scrutinize the GL on monthly basis and to ensure accuracy of transactions being posted into the same.  - To ensure reconciliation of all related GLs with the transactions being posted.  - To track the ageing of all the provisions on monthly basis and to ensure that all those provisions are backed by proper supporting & approvals  - To ensure that all schedule to accounts support the GL balances.  - To coordinate with the auditors during audit / limited review and to ensure that all the schedules are provided to them.  - To establish internal controls for monitoring of expense and to highlight the exception to management to stop recurrence of the same.   - To review the CWIP accounts on monthly basis and to ensure the capitalization of assets after ensuring all the required documentation.  - To monitor capital / normal advance to vendors and to ensure correct accounting of the same.  - To review the marketing vendors and to ensure that invoice are processed within approved budget and within defined SLAs  - To work closely with plant and corporate MIS team and ensure that all the policies circulated by them are implemented and completely aligned the S & M GL.  - To supervise dealer claims
