Manager - Finance - Retail

We are looking for MBA (Finance)/CA for the retail giant based out of Bangalore.

Core responsibilities :

- Management Budgeting, Revenue projection, Month end closing & Reporting to management

- Preparation of periodic report out activities (eg. ORM, FRM & MRM)

- Business Planning & Forecasting: Include monthly, quarterly forecast and annual Budget. Timely and Accurate Submissions to stakeholder

- Analysis & Insight: Retail predictions analysis & new project/store feasibility analysis. Pre Assist management in strategy and decision making

- Conduct review meetings with business stakeholders to review & explain key performance indices and raise red flags where necessary

Impact to Business :

- Through regular monitoring of reports, one can better manage & control deviations in budgets with greater accuracy

- Analysis & retail predictions can assist management in delivery of strategy

- Periodic review meetings to support and influence key operational and strategic decisions in addition to providing ad-hoc analysis and insights on specific issues

- Challenge Management to think & drive better decision-making
