Our client one of the leading retailers in Middle East is looking for a Finance Manager who is well versed with all the possible nuances of Retail.You would act as the financial adviser to the General Manager and drive financial governance according to the company's requirements.   You would be responsible for effective support of revenue generating activity in parallel with cost reduction and cash optimization including a strong MIS component in which the planning and budgeting, financial reporting, fiscal analysis and decision support.  As a finance Manager you would play a key role in balancing the task allocation between the Operating Unit and the parent company for economies of scale and business focus.  The ideal candidate would be an expert in Accounting and would have a real business focus, using feedback to drive continuous service improvement. You would need to be able to identify and address control weaknesses and create improvements.   Monitor the Sectors expenditures in comparison to the approved budget and report analysis for variances to the Management.  Experience  Minimum 7 years experience in finance roles, including 5 years post qualification of which preferably a minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.  Minimum 3 years in financial analyze Experience in a Retail Environment  MBA + CPA  Only Indian candidates preferred for the role  Salary is 22,000 SAR/month + benefits
